The plan includes 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, global repair coverage, and multiple convenient service options. For desktop Mac mini users, onsite repair is available — request a technician to come to your work location. Alternatively, carry-in repair allows you to take your Mac mini to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Coverage extends to your Mac computer, battery, Apple memory (RAM), included accessories such as the power adapter, AirPort, and Apple USB SuperDrive.

AppleCare+ provides unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other accidental damage, plus applicable tax.
