Kirkland Signature Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork is a fully cooked, antibiotic-free pork product that comes ready to heat and serve. This 2-pound package contains hand-pulled pork that has been naturally hickory smoked and rubbed with seasonings, with no added nitrates or nitrites except those naturally occurring in sea salt.

The pork is vacuum-sealed in a plastic pouch and arrives shredded into bite-sized pieces with minimal fat. It can be heated using either microwave (7 minutes on high) or stovetop (boil sealed pouch for 12-15 minutes). The smoky, well-seasoned meat is versatile and works well in pulled pork sandwiches, tacos, nachos, pizza toppings, quesadillas, mac and cheese, chili, BBQ eggrolls, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
