Veuve Ambal Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvée Brut Rosé is a well-balanced, fruity sparkling wine from Burgundy, France. Made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand from vines approximately 25 years old on clay-limestone terroir, this non-vintage Crémant undergoes slow pneumatic pressing and is aged on laths for a minimum of 12 months in temperature-controlled cellars to develop fine bubbles and complex aromas.

The wine pours a lovely pale pink color with a fruity nose presenting notes of red fruit and grenadine. On the palate, expect aromas of redcurrants, strawberry, melon, and gourmet sweets with pleasant effervescence and a nice dry finish. It is medium-bodied at 12% ABV and best served chilled at 7-8°C.

This Crémant pairs beautifully with light, fresh dishes such as salmon or tuna carpaccios, summer salads with red fruits, fine charcuterie platters, or French toast. It also complements fruity desserts like red fruit pavlova or raspberry macaroons. Rated 88 points by Wine Spectator and named to their Top 100 sparkling wine list in 2023.
