Substance Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay white wine sourced from Washington State's Columbia Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA). It is produced by K. Vintners, the winery behind the Wines of Substance label created by acclaimed Washington winemaker Charles Smith, formerly a rock band manager turned celebrated vintner. The wine is sold in cases of 12 x 750ml bottles.

This is a dry, medium-bodied white wine with an opulent mouthfeel and present, refreshing acidity. The nose opens with floral notes alongside aromas of honey, peach, pear, and vanilla. On the palate, flavors of lemon, apricot, and green apple are complemented by balanced oak integration and a light, creamy texture that finishes with lingering vanilla. The wine carries 14% ABV and a sugar content of approximately 4 g/L, keeping it firmly dry. It has received scores in the low 90s from critics.

Best served chilled between 8–10°C (46–50°F), it pairs well with white meats in cream sauces, seafood dishes, soft and aged cheeses, and light appetizers such as shrimp canapés.
