Corralejo Extra Añejo is a premium tequila crafted from 100% estate-grown, handpicked Blue Weber agave at Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico. The distillery, founded in 1775, is one of Mexico's oldest and most celebrated, producing every bottle entirely in-house including mouth-blown glass and hand-applied labels.

This Extra Añejo is double distilled using the Charentais method — the same technique perfected in Cognac production — then aged for an exceptional 36 months in a carefully selected mix of American and French Limousine oak barrels, each no larger than 300 liters. The extended aging imparts a deep gold color and a rich, layered character with aromas of sweet agave and warm spice. On the palate, notes of oak, smoke, and citrus emerge alongside hints of caramel and agave sugar, culminating in a long, well-rounded, full-bodied finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to reveal its full complexity.
