Kentucky Owl The Wiseman is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted in collaboration with the Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is an artful blend of wheat and high-rye bourbons, combining 4-year-old wheat and high-rye bourbon with 5½-year and 8½-year-old Kentucky-sourced bourbons to achieve a smooth yet complex character.

The nose opens with rich caramel aromas, followed by notes of allspice, citrus fruit, and a gentle nudge of oak. On the palate, the soft wheat character balances the spice of the high-rye mash bill, making it equally well-suited for drinking neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail. It finishes with a clean oak presence that lingers pleasantly. Bottled at 45.4% ABV (90.8 proof).

The Wiseman earned 95 points from Tasting Panel Magazine in 2022 and was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, marking it as one of the most decorated accessible bourbons in the Kentucky Owl lineup.
