This party-ready platter typically contains a generous selection of deli meats and cheeses arranged in a convenient serving tray. Standard configurations include one pound each of chicken, ham, and roast beef deli meat along with 8 to 10 slices each of provolone, cheddar, and Swiss cheeses. Some variations feature Italian salami, soppressata, aged cheddar cubes, aged Gouda cubes, and fresh red and green grapes.
