Authentic Neapolitan-style margherita pizza made by Tutta Bella, a Seattle-based Italian restaurant known for traditional wood-fired pizzas. This fresh take-and-bake pizza features hand-tossed dough made with Italian 00 flour, par-baked in small batches in rotating wood-fired deck ovens for a bubbly, slightly charred crust with authentic Neapolitan chew. Topped with milled tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, pecorino romano, and extra virgin olive oil.

The pies are parbaked (never frozen) and require just 10 minutes in a 400°F oven when placed directly on the center oven rack for optimal crispy edges. The crust develops characteristic bubbling and charring reminiscent of Southern Italian pizzerias. Each package contains two 19-ounce pizzas. Tutta Bella launched this heat-and-eat fresh pizza line during the COVID-19 pandemic and it proved so popular that it's now widely available at Costco and Fred Meyer stores throughout Oregon and Washington.
