Point Reyes Farmstead Original Blue is California's classic-style blue cheese, produced on a family farm in Point Reyes since 2000. It is rindless, all-natural, and gluten-free, made from raw (non-pasteurized), rBST-free cows' milk with microbial (vegetarian) rennet and aged for 3.5 months. The cheese is milky white in color with blue-green veins throughout and features an ultra-creamy texture with a medium-to-strong blue mold flavor.

The flavor profile is bold with hints of sweet milk, tangy lactic notes, and a peppery finish. It pairs beautifully with full-bodied red wines such as Cabernet and Zinfandel, malt-centric beers like Imperial Stout, or vintage port.
