Produced under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, each release is made exclusively from barrels distilled within a single six-month season at a single distillery, ensuring a pure and authentic expression of craft. The bourbon is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and aged a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast.

The mash bill is composed of 67% corn, 17% rye, 10% wheat, and 6% malted barley, yielding a rich and layered profile. Tasting notes include aromas of plum, warm blackberry, brown sugar, and cinnamon-spiced walnuts, leading to a palate of salted caramel, Earl Grey, honeycomb, buttermilk, and orange zest, with a long, smooth finish of lingering spice and oak.
