Pine Ridge Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon from the prestigious Stags Leap District AVA in Napa Valley, California. This full-bodied red wine is produced from 47 acres of estate vineyard in the heart of Stags Leap, one of Napa Valley's most renowned appellations, celebrated for its concentrated tannins and elegant structure.

The wine is hand-harvested at night to capture vibrant acidity and fruit expression. After a cold soak for gentle extraction, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, concrete, and oak barrel fermenters with rigorous pump-overs to develop deep color, rich varietal character, and fine tannins. It is then aged in French oak barrels for approximately 20 months. The blend is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a small percentage of Malbec.

Tasting notes reveal aromas of dark plum, Bing cherry, coffee, hazelnut, and cinnamon, with flavors of toasty oak, chocolate, and dark fruits on the palate. The finish is long, spicy, and brooding, supported by fine-grained tannins characteristic of the Stags Leap District.
