These premium scallops are tender, absorb flavors beautifully, and are not fishy in any way, making them ideal for seafood enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
The scallops cook quickly in under 10 minutes and achieve a perfect crispy sear when patted dry before cooking. Pan-seared scallops with butter and garlic are recommended, cooking 3-4 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 145ยฐF. Finish with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon for an elegant dish. Thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 8 hours, or use cold running water for 5-7 minutes for quicker preparation.
