Zwickel is an unfiltered, unpasteurized German lager that pours a naturally cloudy golden yellow. It is brewed with Hallertau Perle and Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops alongside Pilsner and Caramel malts, using Urban Chestnut's proprietary lager yeast. The result is a bready, lightly-hopped, and exceptionally smooth beer with 5.1% ABV and 19 IBUs.
