Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee contributes George Dickel's high-rye column still distillate (95% rye, 5% malted barley), while Leopold Bros in Denver, Colorado brings their historically revived Three Chamber Rye (80% Abruzzi rye, 20% Leopold floor malt). Together, they recreate a 19th-century style of heavy-bodied American rye once served in bars and saloons across the country.

Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this blend delivers a layered and complex experience. The nose opens with rosewater, blackberries, caramel, lavender, fig, and citrus. On the palate, flavors of rye spice, oak, candied apple, honey, dried dark fruit, nutmeg, and dill unfold seamlessly. The finish is long and warming, fading through spiced apples, honey, and caramel into oaky cocoa and citrus.
