Penfolds Bin 600 Cabernet Shiraz is a Californian red wine blend rooted in nearly three decades of Penfolds' winemaking heritage in California. In 1998, Penfolds imported a heritage selection of vine cuttings from their esteemed Kalimna and Magill Estate vineyards in South Australia and planted them in Californian soil at a vineyard once known as Creston '600' Ranch — the source of the wine's name.

The blend combines approximately 78% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Napa Valley and Sonoma with 22% Shiraz from Paso Robles, bottled at 14.5% ABV. The wine delivers plush aromas of blackberry, cherry, and chocolate with hints of crushed herbs and sweet American oak, complemented by a medium body and refined tannin structure. It has been praised for its balance and elegance, earning a 93-point score from James Suckling.
