Vollereaux Brut Réserve is a non-vintage Champagne from the Champagne AOC in France, crafted by the Vollereaux family who have been producing Champagne for six generations. The blend is composed of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 33% Pinot Meunier, aged sur-lie for four years — more than twice the time required by appellation rules. The winemaker is Franck Vollereaux.

The wine presents vibrant straw with light golden reflections and consistent fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white fruits and honey are followed by notes of apricot. The palate is creamy and supple with beautiful weight and perfect harmony with the wine's aromas. Rated 90 points by James Suckling (November 2024), who noted sliced-pear and grapefruit aromas mingling with brioche and walnut, with fine bubbles and a citrusy freshness. ABV is 12%, with a residual sugar of 10 g/L and dosage of 9 g/L.
