Mohawk Home Torrey Oak is a waterproof luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring featuring a light neutral oak wood grain with natural edges. Each carton contains 7 planks measuring 7.5 inches wide by 48 inches long by 6mm thick, covering 17.3 square feet per box. The planks include a 1mm attached pad for added comfort and sound reduction.

The flooring features SplashDefense 100% waterproof protection with water-tight joints, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-moisture areas. CleanProtect technology incorporates antimicrobial properties directly into the floor to inhibit bacteria and microbe growth. The scratch-resistant and stain-resistant surface includes a 20-mil wear layer for enhanced durability in residential and light commercial applications.

Installation is simplified with the patented Uniclic click-lock system that requires no glue or underlayment. The 5mm plank plus 1mm attached pad provides a comfortable, stable floor that can be installed directly over most existing surfaces. Coordinating moldings and trim pieces are available separately to complete the installation. The product includes a lifetime limited residential warranty and 10-year light commercial warranty.
