The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a celebrated Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenAllachie Distillery in Scotland, crafted under the direction of Master Distiller Billy Walker. Originally introduced to the core range in 2019 and redesigned in 2024, this expression embodies the distillery's dedication to premium sherry wood maturation. The whisky is finished in a combination of Pedro Ximénez puncheons and oloroso sherry hogsheads, imparting its signature rich, sherried character. It is bottled at a full 46% ABV with no artificial colouring added and without chill filtration, allowing its natural complexity to shine.

The whisky presents an intense mahogany hue. On the nose, expect dark cherries, golden syrup, sweet spices, hints of toffee, glazed figs, and hazelnuts. The palate delivers layers of heather honey, orange peel, cocoa, and ginger, with walnut, raisin, Christmas spices, and caramelised brown sugar rounding out a long, warming finish with notes of coffee and Turkish delight.
