The wine is sourced from the cool-climate Los Carneros AVA, which straddles the southern ends of Napa and Sonoma counties, where morning fog and afternoon breezes from San Pablo Bay create ideal conditions for Chardonnay.

Made in a distinctly French, Chablis-inspired style, this Chardonnay is crafted from 97% free-run juice and aged briefly in neutral French oak for approximately three months. Night harvesting and slow pressing preserve the fruit's natural freshness, while partial malolactic fermentation adds a subtle creamy texture without dominating the wine's crisp character. The result is a pale golden wine with green reflections, offering aromas and flavors of stone fruit, baked apple, apricot, guava, and a touch of grilled pineapple, with a whisper of vanilla, toast, and gentle salinity on the mineral-driven finish.
