This estate coffee is grown on terraced slopes in the shadow of Volcán del Fuego and Volcán de Agua at elevations exceeding 5,500 feet, where the rare Bourbon and Typica coffee cultivars flourish in rich volcanic soil under a thick canopy of shade trees.

Dark roasted to bring out its natural oils, this coffee offers a superbly aromatic profile with nutty notes, dried fig undertones, and milk chocolate laced aftertaste. The brew delivers lively acidity, complex spiciness, and a crisp, smooth flavor characteristic of the famous Antigua growing region. The farm has been carefully tended by the Torreviarte family for over 70 years, producing approximately 750 bags annually.
