Psagot Sinai White Blend is a refreshing, aromatic, and elegant kosher white wine from the Judean Hills of Israel. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer grapes sourced from multiple vineyard plots north of the Judean mountains at elevations between 700 and 900 meters above sea level, this wine expresses the unique terroir of the Jerusalem mountain region.

The grapes are harvested at dawn and at optimal ripeness, then fermented separately before being combined into the final blend. The result is a fruity and vibrant wine with rich aromas and flavors of melon and pear, supported by balanced acidity and a lingering finish. Available in a Mevushal (flash-pasteurized) variation suitable for all kosher event venues.
