LUKE Syrah is a 100% Syrah from Washington State's Wahluke Slope AVA, a sub-appellation of the Columbia Valley. The Wahluke Slope is one of the warmest and driest climates in Washington, producing grapes with exceptional concentration and character. The wine takes its name from the Wanapum word "Wahluke," meaning "watering place," honoring the native people and land from which it originates.

This full-bodied red wine opens with rich, bold aromas suggesting pepper, licorice, dark chocolate, and spice, followed by layers of blackberry, blueberry, and candied fruits. A lengthy finish highlights the ripeness and complexity of the wine with velvety elegance. Wine critic Jeb Dunnuck praised a recent vintage as "a smoking value and a ripe, delicious, balanced effort" with notes of ripe blackberries, smoked meats, and barbecue. LUKE Syrah is both vegan and gluten-free.

LUKE Wines is a family-owned operation founded by Thomas and Kristin Vogele, natives of the Pacific Northwest. The winery is committed to sustainable practices, partnering with vineyards that prioritize soil health, integrated pest management, biodiversity, and water conservation. Label paper is FSC certified and 100% recycled, bottles are sealed with natural cork and no foil wrap, and all grape pomace is returned to local farms. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
