Castle & Key 6 Year Small Batch Bourbon is a premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. This 750ml bottle contains a rich, complex spirit aged for a full six years and bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof).

The bourbon features a distinctive mashbill of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley. This carefully selected grain combination was crafted from 119 hand-selected barrels to deliver exceptional depth and character.

Tasting notes reveal a nose of graham cracker, butterscotch, red apple, honeysuckle, and clove. The palate offers molasses, golden raisin, golden apple, toffee, orange zest, praline, and cinnamon. The finish features shortbread transitioning into candied orange peel, cacao nib, and white pepper.
