Domaine de la Croix Irresistible is a Côtes de Provence Rosé from Domaine de la Croix, a Cru Classé estate located near Saint-Tropez in Provence, France. Domaine de la Croix holds one of only 18 Cru Classé designations in Provence, an honor awarded in 1955 recognizing estates producing superior wines. This wine is imported and sold exclusively at Costco at a significant value compared to its retail market price.

The wine is a blend of 40% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 10% Rolle (Vermentino), and 5% Tibouren, a local Provençal grape variety. The grapes are sustainably farmed, destemmed, and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit character. Alcohol content is 13.5%.

The color is a pale amber-pink. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh fruit, citrus, and spice with a floral edge. On the palate, expect flavors of grapefruit, tart apple, lime, dried pineapple, and coconut milk, with soft and bright acidity and a creamy mid-palate texture. There are no tannins, and the acidity is well-integrated, allowing the fruit flavors to fully develop. This is a light, balanced, and versatile dry rosé that works well as an aperitif or alongside light meals.
