The name means "Three Nuts" in French and carries dual meaning: it honors their three children and represents their three pillars of community, opportunity, and possibility. The brand formally donates at least 2% of annual revenue to charitable partners creating opportunities for women and BIPOC people in the wine industry.

The Noisette Cuvée is a meticulously crafted Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend drawing on Napa Valley's finest fruit. It delivers vibrant aromas of fresh blackberries, black cherries, and black raspberries layered with hints of dried roses, pencil shavings, tobacco, and cedar. The palate is medium to full-bodied with outstanding intensity and elegant poise, backed by soft, finely grained tannins and a long, fragrant finish. Blend composition varies by vintage, with earlier releases featuring a significant Cabernet Franc component and later vintages incorporating Merlot; alcohol is approximately 13.5% ABV. The 2018 Noisette Cuvée earned 94+ points from Wine Advocate, and production is extremely limited at just a few hundred cases per year.
