Don Ramón Mezcal Joven is an artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% Salmiana Agave that has been matured for 8 to 10 years in Zacatecas, Mexico. This clear, unaged spirit captures the essence of traditional mezcal production with its earthen smokiness and complex flavor profile.

The mezcal is produced using time-honored methods including earth oven cooking, wild yeast fermentation, and double pot distillation, resulting in a 40% ABV spirit. On the nose, it presents balanced aromas of smoke, citrus, and florals. The palate reveals herbal and subtly fruity notes with a smooth, smoky finish highlighting the natural character of the Salmiana agave.

Casa Don Ramón is committed to sustainability, planting two new agave plants for each one harvested to ensure the preservation of this centuries-old tradition.
