Domaine La Villaudière Sancerre Rosé is produced by the Jean-Marie Reverdy & Fils family estate in Sancerre, Loire Valley, France. This 100% Pinot Noir rosé comes from a fourth-generation, 15-hectare estate surrounding the village of Verdigny, where vines averaging 20 years old grow on a blend of Terres Blanches (clay-limestone) and Caillotes (stony limestone) soils that impart characteristic minerality and graceful depth.

The winemaking combines 60% direct-press juice with 40% saignée — juice bled from briefly macerated grapes — yielding a delicate pale salmon color. Both lots are fermented separately in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve vibrant freshness and aromatic purity before early bottling after clarification and cold stabilization.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of wet stones, white cherries, wild strawberries, and raspberries, accented by subtle hints of lemongrass and ginger. On the palate, bright natural acidity and smooth elegance define the profile, with flinty minerality adding depth and a touch of exotic passion fruit on the long, clean finish.
