Rombauer Vineyards California Zinfandel is a rich, bold, and balanced red wine crafted from a blend of 91% Zinfandel and 9% Petite Sirah. This 750 ML bottle features 15.9% alcohol by volume and is aged for 14 months in American (10% new) and French oak barrels.

The wine opens with bright aromas of black cherry and plum, layered on the palate with red and dark berry flavors and a slightly spicy finish. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled to 65 degrees Fahrenheit to allow its complex aromas to shine. Rombauer's most popular red wine, it pairs beautifully with bold foods such as BBQ ribs, pizza with sausage and peppers, and pork pot stickers.

While delicious upon release, this Zinfandel will continue to develop for up to seven years from the vintage date. Store in a cool, dark place at 57-62 degrees Fahrenheit on its side to keep the cork wet.
