The Claude Manciat "Courtelong" Pouilly-Fuissé is a 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy, France, produced by the Domaine Claude Manciat estate in the Mâconnais region. The "Courtelong" bottling is an assemblage of the estate's best and oldest vines, with the majority sourced from the Les Crays vineyard. Marie-Pierre Manciat, the fifth generation of vignerons in her family, manages the estate with yields routinely 20–30% below appellation limits to produce wines of exceptional concentration and focus.

The wine is fermented and aged primarily in stainless steel (approximately 85%) with a portion in one-year-old French oak barriques (15%), preserving the freshness and minerality characteristic of the appellation's limestone-rich soils. It pours a medium gold in the glass with aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers, and ripe apricot. On the palate it delivers flavors of green apple, apricot, and bright mineral notes with good acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Alcohol: 13.5%.
