Eden Mill Golf Gin is a Scottish craft gin distilled by Eden Mill, Scotland's first single-site brewery, whisky, and gin distillery, located in St. Andrews on the eastern coast. Inspired by the coastal landscape surrounding the historic golfing town, this gin features a botanically rich profile with a slightly saline base made using kombu seaweed and other ingredients found around coastal golf courses, including lavender, pine, heather, gorse, spruce, and coriander.

The nose offers hints of juniper in a forest of lavender and spruce trees with a slight tang of the sea. On the palate, juniper dominates with a sweetness from gorse that keeps it balanced, while heather and lavender add floral notes and spruce and coriander provide a distinct peppery finish. Bottled at 42.5% ABV (84 proof), Golf Gin is best enjoyed with a premium tonic and a blackberry and mint garnish.

The bottle's illustration features playful golf-themed details, including a room key engraved with the number 269, a nod to the total strokes Tiger Woods used to win his first Open Championship at St. Andrews in 2000.
