Roger Goulart Reserva Organic Cava Brut is a certified organic sparkling wine produced by Caves Roger Goulart, a historic winery founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, Catalonia. The winery holds the distinction of being one of the first in Spain to produce traditional method sparkling wines, and this Cava is certified organic by the CCPAE (ES-ECO-019-CT). The 750ml bottle presents a pale yellow color with delicate greenish reflections, very fine persistent bubbles, and a slight crown formation on the surface.

The Reserva is a blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Xarel·lo, and 15% Parellada, all sourced from organically farmed vineyards. Grapes are refrigerated prior to pressing to preserve aromatic freshness, with a controlled press yield of 50%. Fermentation of the base wine occurs at 16–18°C using selected yeasts, ensuring a clean, acid-driven wine ideal for extended aging. The second fermentation and bottle aging take place in underground cellars located 30 meters below sea level, where a constant temperature of 14°C provides ideal conditions year-round — mirroring the practices of the world's finest Champagne houses.

On the nose, the wine offers intense fruity notes of fresh white fruit and citrus alongside subtle hints of fine lees developed through bottle aging. The palate is lively and fresh with balanced acidity, a slight sweetness, and a long, persistent fleshy finish. Rated 92 points by James Suckling and 91 points by Guía Peñín.
