Aresti Reserva Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied Chilean white wine from Viña Aresti, a family-owned winery founded in 1951 by Vicente Aresti Astica in Curicó, Chile. The estate is now managed by his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti López, who continue his legacy of excellence in sustainable viticulture.

This Sauvignon Blanc undergoes two months of aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks, developing vibrant aromas of white flowers, citrus, and herbs. On the palate, expect notes of gooseberries, sliced apples, hints of green pepper and juniper, with a crisp, refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Pairs well with fresh ceviche, sushi, grilled seafood, and chicken salad. Sourced from Chile's Central Valley / Curicó Valley appellation.
