Capuano Ferreri Chardonnay Bourgogne is a classic white Burgundy produced by Domaine Capuano-Ferreri et Fils, a family-run estate based in Santenay in the Côte de Beaune region of France. The estate farms approximately 16 hectares of vines across the prestigious Côte de Beaune and Côtes Chalonnaise appellations, crafting wines that reflect the terroir of one of the world's most celebrated wine regions.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this Bourgogne Blanc is vinified in the traditional Burgundian style. Harvested grapes are pressed, cooled, and fermented in thermoregulated vats for approximately 20 days before undergoing malolactic fermentation in oak casks. The wine spends roughly one year aging in oak, approximately 30% of which is new, imparting a subtle creamy texture and gentle toasty complexity while preserving the grape's natural freshness and minerality.

The Bourgogne appellation is the entry-level designation for wines from Burgundy, France, offering approachable expressions of the Chardonnay grape in the classic Côte de Beaune style.
