The rice is Non-GMO Project verified and made with just three simple ingredients: water, rice, and gluconic acid for freshness. This versatile rice can be used as a side dish, meal base, or even for making sushi. The convenient microwavable bowls are shelf-stable at room temperature with approximately 4 months of shelf life.
