Foursight Sauvignon Blanc is an estate-grown white wine from Anderson Valley in Mendocino County, California. Foursight Wines is a small, family-owned and operated winery known for crafting expressive, terroir-driven wines from their Charles Vineyard estate in the cool Anderson Valley appellation.

This Sauvignon Blanc is naturally fermented and bottled unfined and unfiltered, aged in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak barrels. The wine offers an engaging minerality on the nose, reminiscent of water on river rocks, followed by bright acidity and a plush mid-palate with citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, and pomelo. It is fresh, bright, and refreshing with a smooth texture and a lingering finish.

Pairs well with avocado, asparagus, artichokes, green salads, fresh goat cheeses, sautéed fish, shellfish, pork tenderloin, roasted chicken, and risotto. Sold as a case of 12 bottles, 750ML each.
