Domaine Delmas Cuvée Tradition Brut is a classic sparkling wine from the Blanquette de Limoux appellation in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. Produced by the Delmas family estate — one of the most respected reference producers in Limoux — this traditional method sparkling wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle and is aged a minimum of 24 months on the lees, developing fine, persistent bubbles and a creamy, well-structured texture.

The blend is composed primarily of Mauzac, the indigenous grape of Limoux that has been cultivated in the region since the 16th century, complemented by Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. On the palate, the wine delivers crisp green apple, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes with a clean, refreshing finish and good length. The Mauzac grape lends this cuvée its signature fresh, slightly rustic character that defines authentic Blanquette de Limoux.

Domaine Delmas has been organically certified since 1986, making them the first organically certified producer in the Limoux appellation. The estate is operated by Bernard Delmas, his wife Marlène, and their son Baptiste, and has grown from 3 to 32 hectares under their stewardship. This bottling is sold as a case of 12 x 750ml bottles.
