Catena Zapata White Clay is an elegant white wine blend from the renowned Luján de Cuyo appellation in Mendoza, Argentina. Produced by Bodega Catena Zapata, one of Argentina's most celebrated wine estates, this wine takes its name from the distinctive white calcareous clay soils that define its terroir.

The wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Semillon, fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and vibrancy. Partial aging on fine lees adds texture and complexity, while the absence of malolactic fermentation ensures a bright, lively acidity. It presents a pale yellow color with subtle green highlights.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus, jasmine, lemon zest, and wet stone. The palate is medium-bodied with flavors of pear, lime, and melon underpinned by a refined mineral character. The finish is crisp and clean with lingering citrus notes. The wine received a Silver Medal at the Argentina Wine Awards 2023 and Best of Show at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV.
