JCB Caviar Sparkling is a pure Burgundian Chardonnay sparkling Blanc de Blancs crafted by Jean-Charles Boisset as the perfect pairing for caviar. This Crémant de Bourgogne is produced using the traditional méthode champenoise, with a minimum of 18 months aging on lees in the bottle, resulting in exceptional depth and complexity.

The wine is golden yellow in color with green reflections and presents an elegant, persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens on white blossoms and fresh citrus, before evolving into buttery and brioche notes.
