Les Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine appellation in the Loire Valley, France, produced by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. The de Ladoucette family has cultivated vineyards in the Loire since 1787, and this wine reflects the region's signature freshness and aromatic character.

The wine is pale green-gold in color, offering a refined nose of lemon zest, white fruit flesh, gooseberry, green apple, and subtle aniseed nuances. On the palate it delivers a supple, fruit-forward attack with good vivacity and a clean, aromatic finish. Vineyards are planted on siliceous chalky soils with parcels of clay and flint, and the wine is fermented at controlled low temperatures before aging on fine lees in stainless steel for six months to preserve freshness and complexity. It has earned 91 points from Wine Enthusiast and 90 points from View From the Cellar.

A versatile food wine, it pairs well with seafood, goat cheese, salads, and light poultry dishes.
