Ballykeefe Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled, single estate whiskey from an independent, family-owned distillery in County Kilkenny, Ireland. Built in 2016 on a working family farm, Ballykeefe crafts its whiskey entirely from barley sown, grown, and harvested on the estate, making it a true field-to-glass spirit. The mash bill consists of 60% malted barley and 40% unmalted barley, bottled at 46% ABV.

The nose offers warm caramel toffee, soft oak vanilla, malt cereal, and a hint of coconut. On the palate, rich earthy malt gives way to sweet and spicy notes of liquorice, cloves, dried fruit, and green cardamom, with a silky mouthfeel. The finish is long and malty, yielding to cloved oranges and aniseed. Each bottle is individually numbered from single cask releases.

The Ging family has farmed the Ballykeefe estate for centuries, located in a region renowned for the earliest written accounts of distilling in Ireland, recorded in the Red Book of Ossory in 1324. All whiskey is distilled in bespoke, Irish-designed, Italian-made copper pot stills using deep well water from the estate. 700ML bottle.
