The Diamondback Division 1 is a versatile city sport bike built for the unpredictable surfaces of urban riding. Inspired by mountain bike design, it handles everything the city throws at it—potholes, manhole covers, train tracks, curbs, and grates—while remaining fast, clean, and low-maintenance.

The Large (19") frame is built from Custom Formed AL-6061 Heat Treated Aluminum with a 27.5" city sport geometry, making it light enough to carry up apartment stairs yet durable enough for hardcore daily use. The aluminum straight-blade fork features post mount disc compatibility. Wheels are 27.5" double-wall aluminum rims (28mm wide) laced to aluminum quick-release disc hubs with 14-gauge stainless steel spokes. Tires are Vee Tire Co. Zilent 27.5x47c all-terrain tires that roll smoothly over almost any surface.

Drivetrain is a Shimano 8-speed setup with a Shimano M315 trigger shifter (right only), Shimano Acera M360 rear derailleur, and a Shimano 11-32 cassette paired with a KMC 8-speed chain. The crankset is an aluminum forged 3-piece with a 40T single chainring. Stopping power comes from Tektro MD-M300 mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors and two-finger aluminum levers. The handlebar is a 31.8mm alloy bar with 15mm rise and 680mm width, fitted with ERGO dual density grips. The bike includes rack and fender mounts and reflective decals, making it commuter-ready out of the box.
