Joseph Cattin Crémant d'Alsace Brut is a premium French sparkling wine made using the traditional Champagne method from hand-harvested grapes in the Alsace region. This elegant sparkling wine is crafted from a traditional blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in the foothills of the Vosges Mountains.

The wine gleams with a bright pale gold hue and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas are led by fresh notes of green apple, ripe peach, and white flowers, with delicate hints of almond, shortbread, and spice. On the palate, it is dry and crisp with lively acidity balanced by a rich, creamy texture and fruity flavors of green apple, lemon, and juicy yellow plum. The fine mousse adds freshness and roundness to this lovely dry sparkler.

Hand-harvested from Cattin's sustainably farmed vines, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks before spending 15 months aging on the lees, exceeding the AOC requirement of 9 months. This extended aging adds an extra measure of creaminess that lingers through a long finish. Domaine Joseph Cattin is one of the largest family-owned estates in Alsace, held by the Cattin family for over 300 years across twelve generations.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs perfectly with shellfish-based dishes, fish, white meat, soft cheese, and cured meats. It is also excellent with apple pie. Alcohol by volume: 12%. Serve chilled at 48°F.
