Knob Creek 18 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-edition release from the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, offered in a case of six 750ml bottles. First reintroduced in 2024 to celebrate the brand's 30th anniversary, this expression is aged twice as long as the flagship Knob Creek bourbon and represents one of the oldest releases in the brand's history.

Distilled in the pre-prohibition style and aged for 18 years in new, charred American white oak barrels using a level-four alligator char, it is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). The mash bill consists of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley — the same recipe used across all Knob Creek bourbon expressions. The extended aging imparts a rich copper-auburn color and a complex flavor profile marked by brown sugar, caramelized oak, vanilla, and baking spices on the palate, with a warm, lingering finish of spice and subtle floral and fruit notes.
