DeLille Cellars Métier Cabernet Sauvignon is a Washington State red wine sourced from select vineyards across the Columbia Valley AVA. The wine is crafted to showcase the region's signature balance of ripe fruit and refreshing acidity, achieved through the Columbia Valley's diurnal temperature swings — warm, sunny days building concentration in the fruit and cool nights preserving natural acidity.

The wine opens with aromas of black cherry and plum, leading to bold dark fruit flavors accented by notes of baking spice. The palate offers blackcap raspberry, honeycomb, and black coffee character with fine, grainy tannins and a sleek mouthfeel, finishing with a juicy midpalate and a pleasantly firm, dry close. Drinking well now, it will continue to develop with 1–2 years of additional aging.

Métier earned 91 points from both Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling. The 2021 vintage was named a Wine Spectator Top 100 wine (#66 of the year) and received Platinum at the TEXSOM International Wine Awards. The wine was also featured as a "Washington Winner" in Food & Wine Magazine. The alcohol content is 13.9% ABV.
