Kaldi's Coffee Vintage 1937 Roast is a medium-dark whole bean coffee available exclusively to Costco members in the St. Louis region. The blend is named after the year Kaldi's oldest Probat coffee roasting machine was produced — a piece of cast-iron equipment that has been roasting coffee for decades and is considered part of coffee history.

The coffee delivers tasting notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and a hint of fruit, with a chocolatey, sweet character and smooth body. It excels in every brew style, from drip and espresso to pour-over, and produces a particularly smooth and rich cold brew. Each 2-pound bag makes up to 48 strong, flavorful cups.

Kaldi's Coffee was founded in 1994 in the Demun neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The roastery sources beans through direct relationships with global producer partners, roasting with attention and care on their signature vintage equipment.
