Brigaldara "Case Vecie" Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a flagship single-vineyard wine from the Brigaldara estate in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. The wine takes its name from the Case Vecie vineyard in Grezzana-Valpantena, planted at 450 meters above sea level with a south-easterly exposition. This high-altitude site allows for a slow, even ripening and a longer, cooler drying period during the late harvest, which is central to the Amarone style.

The wine is made from Corvina (50%), Corvinone (40%), and Rondinella (10%) grapes, hand-harvested in the first half of October and then dried in the estate's drying loft using the traditional appassimento method. During fermentation, the wine maintains continuous skin contact and is pumped over twice daily using a delestage technique to optimize color and tannin extraction. It is aged for two years in small oak barrels followed by two years in large oak barrels, reaching an alcohol content of 16.5%.

The tasting profile offers a deep ruby color with a very ripe, almost roasted nose of dried cranberry, kirsch, brown spices, figs macerated in sugar syrup, and botanical herbs. On the palate it is fresh and suave with clean, precise flavors of cinnamon, pepper, tobacco, and pot pourri, finishing long with young, chewy but polished tannins. The wine has earned consistently high critical acclaim, including scores up to 96 points from Vinous and Falstaff, as well as Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso across multiple vintages.
