The Brut Champagne is a non-vintage blend of approximately 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, delivering aromas of white stone fruit, pears, and nectarines with ethereal floral notes, followed by a round, generous palate with crisp nectarine, honey, saffron, and pepper enhanced by fine bitters on the finish. It has earned scores of 92–93 from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, James Suckling, and Falstaff. The Brut Rosé is crafted with Pinot Noir lending bright red berry and floral character with a lively, elegant mousse; it has received 92–93 points from James Suckling and Wine Enthusiast.

The Barons de Rothschild Champagne house was founded in 2003 when members from different branches of the legendary Rothschild family — one of the most storied names in Bordeaux wine history — decided to unite their expertise and passion to produce a Champagne worthy of the family name. The wines are produced in the Champagne region of northeastern France using traditional méthode champenoise.
