Boschendal Brut NV is a Cap Classique sparkling wine from South Africa's renowned Boschendal winery, one of the country's oldest estates with a heritage dating back to 1685. Nestled in the scenic Western Cape, it is crafted from a blend of approximately 58% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir, and 1% Pinotage, made in the traditional method with extended lees ageing.

The wine pours a pale gold with a crown of delicate, persistent bubbles. On the nose it offers fresh green apple, tangerine, almond biscotti, honeycomb, and glazed nuts. On the palate, lemon and orange peel lead with a refreshing touch of minerality, balanced by creamy lees influence and lively acidity through a lingering finish. Pairs beautifully with canapés, smoked salmon, seafood, light salads, and creamy vegetarian dishes.
