Masottina Contrada Granda is an Extra Dry Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the renowned Conegliano Valdobbiadene region of northeastern Italy — the same wine that became the first Prosecco ever to appear on Wine Spectator's Top 100 list. It earned a 95-point score from Decanter, which praised it as "silky and seductive on the palate with a floral character and zesty acidity, ending in a steely finish."

Made from 100% Glera grapes, the blend draws 80% from Masottina's home village of Ogliano, where clay soils produce wines of superb structure and aromatic intensity. The remaining fruit comes from Solighetto (known for minerality) and Rolle (known for striking acidity). Secondary fermentation and a month of aging develop the wine's characteristic depth and elegance.

The nose offers notes of white peach, lemon curd, jasmine, acacia blossom, apple blossom, and sliced pear. On the palate it is clean, lifted, and silky with a balanced ripeness and a steely, zesty finish. At 11.5% ABV, it pairs beautifully with prosciutto, Grana Padano, soft cheeses, shellfish, and light fish dishes. Serve chilled at 40°F.
