Raimbault-Pineau Pouilly-Fumé is a classic French white wine from the Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, produced by Domaine Raimbault-Pineau, a family-owned estate with roots stretching back more than four centuries in Sury-en-Vaux, just north of Sancerre. The wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, making it a pure expression of the appellation's distinctive character.

Grapes are organically farmed and hand-harvested, then fermented with native yeasts at low temperatures (14–16°C) in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatics. The result is a wine with crisp acidity, vibrant fruit, and the signature mineral streak that defines great Pouilly-Fumé. Tasting notes typically include green lime, pear, melon, elderflower, and boxwood, with a clean, lingering finish.
